Brewing and Winemaking class fees are $25/person. Class sizes are limited. Registration and fees must be made and paid 48 hours prior to class to guarantee a spot. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available. Cancellations are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the class. Cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to the class start will not be refunded class fees. Classes have a minimum participant size requirement and The Vine n Hop Shop reserves the right to cancel classes due to lack of registrations. In the event The Vine n Hop Shop cancels a class a full refund is given.

Homebrewing 101 - We'll brew a batch of beer so you can visually see the process from beginning to end. This introductory class will cover malt extract brewing, transferring, fermenting, bottling and more. Price includes 4 beer tastings and a pizza lunch! Complete a class and receive 10% off your entire purchase the day of the class.

Winemaking 101 - Learn the basics of making fabulous wine! This class will cover home winemaking equipment; techniques and ingredients used and show you the winemaking process step-by-step. Price includes tastings and a bottle of wine to take home! Complete a class and receive 10% off your entire purchase the day of the class.

Private Classes – Private classes are perfect for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, team building and more! We offer private winemaking and beer brewing classes. Held after hours private sessions are $150 for up to 5 people; each additional person is $25. Maximum class size is 10.
All-Grain Beer Brewing aka Homebrewing 201 – Learn the technique of All-Grain brewing in a small group environment. This class will demonstrate a single infusion all-grain batch and cover topics relevant to all-grain brewing. NOTE: If you have never brewed before it is recommended you take Homebrewing 101 this class does not cover transferring, fermenting or bottling.

Big Brew 4.0 - The Vine n Hop Shop and The Brewing Ring In Medina (BRIM) will be celebrating The BRIM's second anniversary with a Big Brew at The Vine n Hop Shop by showcasing many homebrewing techniques and equipment set-ups for those curious about homebrewing. We will be brewing up different recipes on lots of different equipment from 1 gallon to 10 gallons!
