Pro Series Hard Seltzer Neutral Base makes 5 gallons of neutral Hard Seltzer. You decide the flavor and you can use any Brewer's Best Natural Flavoring that suits your taste! Simply mix the base with 4.5 gallons water in your primary fermenting bucket, add yeast, attach the lid and airlock. Allow 3 weeks to ferment.
This base is a blend of sugar, apple juice concentrate and citric acid designed to make a fermentable base for seltzer at 9.8B. The product is blended, pasteurized, filled into containers and stored at ambient temperature. Diammonium phosphate is added as a yeast nutrient. The fermented product is intended as a neutral 5% ABV base for making flavored seltzers.
