Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

If you are not happy with an item, please return it within 30 days and you will be credited for the item less the shipping cost. All returned merchandise must be in the original, unopened packaging for full refund or credit. Products that are opened may be returned at the discretion of management and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you receive a damaged or broken item, call us as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging materials. We will credit your account or send you a new item (as you prefer).

In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, The Vine n Hop Shop will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for returns made within 30 days of the purchase date.
